The Aspen Meadows Development Group, a subsidiary of Gardner Plumb LC, is constructing the Inspiration Home in Aspen Meadows, with one of its five approved builders, 16 Stones Construction, which will be featured as part of the Iron County Home Builders Association (ICHBA) Festival of Homes. Aspen Meadows, located in Brian Head, Utah, is a new master-planned, ski-in/ski-out community that recently completed the annexation of nearly 1,800 acres into Brian Head Town, supporting significant future developments, including expanded ski terrain and residential amenities.

The Inspiration Home, located at 1 Peak Drive within Aspen Meadows, is part of a larger initiative showcasing high-quality mountain homes as the development enters its next phase. The ICHBA Festival of Homes is an annual event that highlights exceptional building craftsmanship and the latest sustainable home trends in Iron County, with the 2025 edition taking place over Labor Day weekend. Aspen Meadows is proud to be expanding Brian Head Resort and Brian Head Town as a part of its legacy 30-year master plan over 2000 acres, expanding ski terrain with the Brian Head Ski Resort with new ski lifts, ski trails and new gated neighborhoods within. New Mountain Residences are being built in Aspen Meadows by five approved builders including; Bristlecone Building Company, Choice Builders ,Ekker Homes, Irongate Custom Homes, Jacobs Construction and 16 Stones Construction.
