ˈär-ē- ā : A Striking solo performance. This house, built by Roy Talmage Builders and designed by Lee Design Group, stands alone as a “striking solo performance”. The house was designed for the lot, taking advantage of the sweeping, unobstructed views. Large areas of glass welcome the light and help to pull the outside in, creating frames for those incredible views, while a generous patio cover protects the glass from direct sun. Colors and materials lean to traditional styling; with all the amenities one could hope for. Like a well- written piece of music, all the individual components combined to create something beautiful and enjoyable.
