Our goal is to demonstrate that designing affordable homes that are stylish and functional is possible.

In 2003, we built our first custom home. But our story started LONG before that. Our story started in the 1980's when a cranky brick mason pulled his tired sons out of bed to spend long summer days learning the value of hard work. Those same sons stayed true to their father’s example, and have expanded to become one of Utah County’s fastest-growing home builders. We take pride in the hard work of building beautiful homes because, at the end of the day, we're not just building houses. We’re continuing a legacy. Our numbers have grown, but our deep-rooted traditions will never fade…not to mention the old brick mason still shows up to yell at us every once in a while."

We love Cedar City and have brought bigger better floor plans to the Black Sage Subdivision.
